Hard mode

"2?" sign which displays upon entering hard mode.

Hard mode is a secret gamemode, entered by entering the second level with 0 Coins. Upon meeting this criteria, the sign displayed to mark the second level will show 2? instead of simply 2. The only change between this mode and a normal run is that the Difficulty is instantly maxed (in other words, as if the player is playing levels 10 or above). Upon reaching Home in this mode, the player is rewarded the Hard mode Badge.
